Our security personnel are among the best in the field: professionally trained and experienced, uniformed, police cleared and with the appropriate licenses. As we aim to provide security services that are suited to our clients’ unique requirements, our management team will assess your project or event and use their findings to choose staff whose skills and experience match your needs.
Griffon Alpha’s Security Officers possess valid Security Officer Licenses, General Safety Inductions (White Card), Senior First Aid certificates and are police cleared and fully uniformed (including all necessary PPE). To prepare for specific requirements, safety issues and other particulars, our staff may undergo site specific inductions and medical examinations. They may also go through required training as fire warden and in traffic management, DG handling, and emergency response, among others.
Griffon Alpha employs security supervisors whose task is to control and support static guards during their shifts. To ensure the well-being of our guards and the quality of service they provide, supervisors also perform random checks on all sites where static guards are placed.
